Airport Transfers

Round trip Airport/Hotel/Airport transfers will be provided for THB 350 net for all delegates and accompanying persons. Your requirement for this service should be noted on the order form.

Conference Shuttle Service

Shuttle services will be provided from all hotels to the conference venue and return for a total cost of THB 400 net for all three days. The fee for this service will be added automatically to the amount to be invoiced.

School Shuttle Service

Shuttle services will be provided from all hotels to the school venue and return for a total cost of THB 450 net for all three days. The fee forthis service will be added automatically to the amount to be invoiced.

This internationally-known 4 stars hotel just over the road from the beach offers luxury in a peaceful resort-type environment.
Thavorn Palm Beach
A well-established and popular 4 stars resort just 50 metres from the beach. The low rise buildings are surrounded by tropical gardens

This low rise, 3 stars hotel is some 120 metres from the beach and offersspacious accommodation at a reasonable rate

Just 15 minutes from the conference venue, Phuket City (or Phuket Town as it is called by the locals) is a thriving, bustling city with a population of over 70,000 with a full range of facilities, restaurants, shopping entertainment etc
Royal Phuket City
This very good 4 Star hotel centrally located in Phuket City offers luxury and convenience at rates much less than those to be found at beach hotels.
Pearl Hotel
Centrally located in the major shopping area in Phuket Town, this popular and well-known 3 stars hotel has all the comforts of home.
Phuket Garden Hotel
A small well-maintained hotel located not far from the central markets, this 2 stars hotel is conveniently located to shopping areas and provides easy access to the conference venue.
Phyathai Hospital, For students only
A special arrangement has been made with Phyathai Hospital to provide accommodation for students attending both the Conference and the School. Spacious, fully-equipped (TV, refrigerator, ensuite bathroom, etc.) twin rooms are available. Rooms may be taken as single rooms or students may nominate to share the room with another student, to be allocated byt he conference organisers. Please note that breakfast is not included at this venue.

Flag Patong

Situated just 20 minutes from the conference venue, Patong is the focal point of the tourist industry in Phuket. All hotels offered here are conveniently located and are only minutes from the vibrant night life, superb restaurants and bargain-filled night markets and street stalls.

This centrally-located, low rise 4 stars resort is one of the most popular resorts in Phuket and faces the broad expanse of Patong Beach itself.
Hyton Marine Hotel
This 3 stars, high rise property is some 5 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and many provide great views.

Situated adjacent to Holiday Inn, Horizon is the newest of Patong's 3 stars resorts. Here the accent is on quality at an affordable price.
