For the specified SCCS files, report which deltas are about to change (i.e., which files are currently being edited via get -e but haven't yet been updated via delta). sact lists output in five fields: SCCS ID of the current delta being edited, SCCS ID of the new delta to create, user who issued the get -e, date and time it was issued.
