dc.description.abstract There are so many transportation facilities available in Thailand like buses, cars, bikes, tuk-tuks, trains and van services, etc. But people who are studying in Thammasat University and working near this place use mostly Thammasat Van Services as their means of transport to travel. There are four different routes, Victory Monument, Chatuchak Market, Future Park and Tha prachan. Each van will go to their respective routes and each route is having minimum of 25 trips. Vans will be available for every 20 minutes and cost for each route is different and is calculated by the distance and travel time. But waiting time of passengers is increased day by day due to insufficient facilities and lack of information. Due to the over flow of students and working people in Thammasat area many people use van services every day. There are peak and off-peak hours in van station. People flow will be high in peak hours and in off-peak hours people flow will be less because in peak hours people will come out of colleges and universities.
