dc.description.abstract The innovative use of ICT in a wider range of areas such as agriculture, health related services have been a concern for the government of developing countries powering the application of concepts and processes of e-businesses on e-government applications. In today’s world as the growing communities of businesses are providing services online, the issues related to business partnerships among services has become a concern.
