This study focuses on the issues to understand how a global player faces challenges in managing its inbound inventory, how to deal with the problem of inbound inventory. The global strategies of the company may not be effectual in properly managing the inventory. An effective management of inventory is very critical for a company as it not only minimizes the complexities involved in planning and executing the Supply Chain Management network but also paves the way for the organization to improve its bottom line business performance. en_US
