dc.description.abstract E-learning platform s have developed to the level where all kind of multim e dia exchange m echanis m s are successfully used in order to sim u la te conventional classroom. Nevertheless, a fully efficient E-learning plat form is the platform that not only provides rich learning content, but also m a kes it easy fo r everyone to reach it. Mobility in this case is a very important issue. SIP is an appl ication layer protocol, which support various kinds of m o bility and is becom i ng very popula r for providing m obile environm ent. This protocol was chosen for integration into an existing E-learning platfo rm , VClass. At first, we estab lish system arc h itec t ure, in which we define m obile classroom and describe the inte ractions between m o bile en tities. Af ter th at, we show the actual im plem entation of the system with Session Initiation Protocol and de sc ribe the inte grati on process. During our work, two different applications were m a de . The f i rst on e is a W h iteBoard tha t was created for the sole purp o se of enriching the content exchang e possibi lities for our mo bile classroom . The second and the m o st im portant application is the SIP Us er Agent, which is actually responsible for establishing communications be tween mobile users. This program relies on various network applicatio ns, such as video application VIC, audio application RAT, or the W h iteBoard m e ntione d above to create a necessary environm ent for sim u lation of a conventional class.
