dc.description.abstract CMS provides limited functionality to support search and browsing tasks. When submitting a query, CMS just provides results containing a limited number of articles for users to explore and analyze. The main focal point of this research is to overcome the problems of searching and browsing in current CMS and to enhance the searching functionality of current CMS. In this research study, a prototype is developed which allows user to create an ontology in which user can add, edit and delete concepts. With few features of managing ontology, system also provides facility to link and unlink concepts of ontology with a collection of documents reside within the CMS. The foremost intention of this system is to enhance the older traditional key word based search mechanism with concept based search mechanism. en_US
