Processing VISA:

The participants are requested to provide necessary information to the local host. The information will be submitted to the Vietnam government to get a visa identification code which will allow participant to pick up the visa from the nearest VN embassies/consulates. Participants are responsible for the visa processing fee (around 25 USD) at their point of visa pick-up.

We will inform you the visa identification code as soon as we have it.

* Please note that no entry visa is required for participant from Thailand , Malaysia and Philippines.
